    5. Early check-in and late check-out are always subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Availability depends on operational requirements, cleaning schedules and owner instructions. During winter peak season in The Snowy Mountains due to operation requirements early check-in if available will be between 1-2pm and late checkout will be 12 noon. We will immediately inform our Seasons Club members who request these benefits as soon as our cleaners are finished and we have conducted a quality check.

    6. Member-exclusive offers and promotions may vary throughout the year and are subject to individual offer conditions.

    7. Membership is personal to the named member and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

    8. HolidayCo reserves the right to amend participating properties, member offers and program benefits from time to time. Any material changes will not affect confirmed bookings already made.

    10. HolidayCo Seasons Club membership does not guarantee accommodation availability. All bookings remain subject to availability at the time of reservation.

Cancellation Policy

If a booking is cancelled within one (1) month prior to arrival, 100% cancellation fee is incurred with no refunds. However, if we are able to rebook the property a refund maybe offered. Cancellation outside one (1) month prior to arrival a $120 cancellation fee will be charged, and all remaining deposit will be refunded.

House Rules

Strictly NO parties, functions, excessive noise, or additional visitors allowed and no pets (unless authorised) or smoking permitted. We ask you to be considerate short-term neighbours and adhere our quiet time between 10pm and 7am. Your rights and our expectations are outlined in “Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry NSW”. Please review our full T&C's prior to booking. Please note the outdoor heaters are not for guests use.
