Perfect for the whole family, this inviting two-level home offers plenty of space and comfort. The downstairs features a second living area ideal as a teenage retreat, while the fully enclosed indoor/outdoor entertaining area boasts a 4-burner gas BBQ and a relaxing outdoor bath.

Upstairs, the open-plan living and dining space is cooled by reverse-cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans for year-round comfort. The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped with a barista-style coffee machine, dishwasher, electric cooktop, and all pantry essentials. Step out onto the large balcony furnished with ample seating, where breathtaking views provide the perfect backdrop for relaxing or entertaining.

With four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and full laundry facilities, there's plenty of room for everyone. One bedroom features a single bed that folds out to a double, and a porta cot is available on request.

    2. The annual membership fee of $99 AUD is non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

    3. The 5% member discount applies only to participating HolidayCo properties and cannot be combined with other promotional offers, package deals or discounts unless specifically stated.

    4. Membership benefits apply only to bookings made directly with HolidayCo via our website, office or reservations team. Benefits are not available on bookings made through third-party websites such as Airbnb, Stayz, Booking.com or other online travel agencies.

    5. Early check-in and late check-out are always subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Availability depends on operational requirements, cleaning schedules and owner instructions. During winter peak season in The Snowy Mountains due to operation requirements early check-in if available will be between 1-2pm and late checkout will be 12 noon. We will immediately inform our Seasons Club members who request these benefits as soon as our cleaners are finished and we have conducted a quality check.

    6. Member-exclusive offers and promotions may vary throughout the year and are subject to individual offer conditions.

    7. Membership is personal to the named member and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

    8. HolidayCo reserves the right to amend participating properties, member offers and program benefits from time to time. Any material changes will not affect confirmed bookings already made.

    9. HolidayCo may suspend or cancel a membership if it is used fraudulently, shared without permission or used in breach of these terms.

    10. HolidayCo Seasons Club membership does not guarantee accommodation availability. All bookings remain subject to availability at the time of reservation.

    11. HolidayCo reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on the HolidayCo website.

Cancellation Policy

If a booking is cancelled within one (1) month prior to arrival, 100% cancellation fee is incurred with no refunds. However, if we are able to rebook the property a refund maybe offered. Cancellation outside one (1) month prior to arrival a $120 cancellation fee will be charged, and all remaining deposit will be refunded.

House Rules

Strictly NO parties, functions, excessive noise, or additional visitors allowed and no pets (unless authorised) or smoking permitted. We ask you to be considerate short-term neighbours and adhere our quiet time between 10pm and 7am. Your rights and our expectations are outlined in “Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry NSW”. Please review our full T&C's prior to booking.
