Overlooking and connected to the world-renowned Bouddi National Park coastline, enjoy a 20-minute bush walk from the front door to the stunning Maitland Bay beach - a hidden oasis that never fails to impress!

During winter peak season in The Snowy Mountains due to operation requirements early check-in if available will be between 1-2pm and late checkout will be 12 noon. We will immediately inform our Seasons Club members who request these benefits as soon as our cleaners are finished and we have conducted a quality check.

Cancellation Policy

If a booking is cancelled within one (1) month prior to arrival, 100% cancellation fee is incurred with no refunds. However, if we are able to rebook the property a refund maybe offered. Cancellation outside one (1) month prior to arrival a $120 cancellation fee will be charged, and all remaining deposit will be refunded.

House Rules

There are security cameras at the front of the property for security purposes only.

Pool - solar heated, during the warmer months only

Pets - small dogs non-shedding allowed upon request. No more than 2 dogs, they must be house-trained and are not allowed on furniture or beds. Owners must clean up after their dogs before departure and must bring their own dog-bedding. For each dog there is an additional $100 dog tariff added to your booking once pets have been approved.

Strictly NO parties, functions, excessive noise, or additional visitors allowed and no pets (unless authorised) or smoking permitted. We ask you to be considerate short-term neighbours and adhere our quiet time between 10pm and 7am. Your rights and our expectations are outlined in “Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry NSW”. Please review our full T&C's prior to booking.
