Set within dark-sky country, nights are just as memorable as days, with the Milky Way stretching brilliantly overhead in a truly awe-inspiring natural display.


The home has been thoughtfully designed to celebrate its surroundings. Expansive windows and open-plan living spaces draw the landscape inside, while clean architectural lines are softened by natural materials that blend seamlessly with the environment.     5. Early check-in and late check-out are always subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Availability depends on operational requirements, cleaning schedules and owner instructions. During winter peak season in The Snowy Mountains due to operation requirements early check-in if available will be between 1-2pm and late checkout will be 12 noon. We will immediately inform our Seasons Club members who request these benefits as soon as our cleaners are finished and we have conducted a quality check.

Cancellation Policy

If a booking is cancelled within one (1) month prior to arrival, 100% cancellation fee is incurred with no refunds. However, if we are able to rebook the property a refund maybe offered. Cancellation outside one (1) month prior to arrival a $120 cancellation fee will be charged, and all remaining deposit will be refunded.

Strictly NO parties, functions, excessive noise, or additional visitors allowed and no pets (unless authorised) or smoking permitted.

We ask you to be considerate short-term neighbours and adhere our quiet time between 10pm and 7am.
