The Lodge combines the Chalet and Studio and is ideal for larger families who like to holiday together but also like to have their own space.


The Lodge offers fantastic views up the Thredbo Valley from the Mid-level Open plan Kitchen, dining, living and out onto the deck.


The Chef in the family need not be excluded from the group with the Entertainers kitchen open to the dining/lounge/deck area. The Kitchen features an induction cooktop, full oven, microwave,large family size fridge & freezer and Pod coffee machine.


In the winter months the open fire in the living area will keep you toasty and warm and in the warmer months there is ducted air conditioning in the living area to keep you cool.There are electric wall heaters in the bedrooms.


The Lodge has access to a double garage and leading off this is the drying room, laundry and foyer all on the ground floor.


The upper level includes the master bedroom with King bed, the second bedroom with two single beds, the bathroom with shower, bath & toilet and the second living space with TV that also accommodates the double sofa bed.


The open plan Studio has a King bed, Lounge area, Ensuite and a Kitchenette with Bar fridge, microwave, single cooktop & Pod coffee machine.


Guests have access to restaurants, luxury spa, gym, tennis courts, indoor pool and sauna and other outdoor activities including golf, trout fishing and even Segway tours. Please note some activities may incur costs. Pets not allowed.


Crackenback is situated on the Alpine Way between Thredbo and Jindabyne, with easy access to the Ski Tube close by that makes getting to Perisher a mere 10 minute train ride.


Sustainability practices include: Rainwater collected, recycling bins provided, taps and showers are water-efficient, towel reuse in place, walls and ceilings insulated, double glazed windows, green spaces on property.

Cancellation Policy

If a booking is cancelled within one (1) month prior to arrival, 100% cancellation fee is incurred with no refunds. However, if we are able to rebook the property a refund maybe offered. Cancellation outside one (1) month prior to arrival a $120 cancellation fee will be charged, and all remaining deposit will be refunded.

House Rules

Strictly NO parties, functions, excessive noise, or additional visitors allowed, and no pets (unless authorised) or smoking permitted. We ask you to be considerate short-term neighbours and adhere our quiet time between 10pm and 7am. Your rights and our expectations are outlined in “Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry NSW”. Please review our full T&C's prior to booking.

Security Deposit
